In lines with the shortlisted participants from the completion, an exclusive fusion and cooking Master class was conducted at Shauryagarh for all the final contestants today.
The said Master class cooking workshop was conducted at Shauryagarh for all the final contestants as pre-learning session by Udaipur’s renowned chefs; Chef Rupam Sarkar and Chef Vimal Dhar.
Master class vegetarian recipe by Chef Vimal Dhar and Chef Roopam Sarkaar included:
- Tom Yum Het (soup).
- Cinnamon roasted Beetroot carpaccio with desi mtha, walnuts and fresh basil.
- Roasted Red Pumpkin gratin with Indian creamy coriander Sama Risotto.
- Paneer piccata makhani parmigiana with coriander pesto oil.
- Caramelised cinnamon pineapple crumble with toffee cream sauce.
“Knowledge for Proper balance of ingredients, colour and taste of food should be first and foremost along with dish plate presentation.” said chef Vimal Dhar
Intention of conducting this workshop for helping budding and anateur chefs was to develop their skills all for creative showcase and ways to infuse ingredients correctly in any cuisine while cooking of the dish.
This included sharing the know-how how to properly balance ingredients, colour infusion, and why the taste of food should be keep top along priority when doing a dish plate presentation.
Innovation, Infusion and traditional touch were the key factors of their teaching.
